Strangers Side Quest

I was sitting on a train with two friends of my, and while I was talking to my one friend, the other struck up a conversation with an elderly lady. They talked for the rest of the trip, and later we joined the conversation. This was the single greatest thing I have witnessed in my life. So I am trying to have more long and meaningfull conversations with strangers. Here I will document the conversations.

07/02/2026; Old ladies and puzzles

I was sitting on the train, while two older ladies were sitting in the seats next to me. The conductor made a joke over the speakers to which we laughed together. After that I struck up an conversation with these ladies. They told me about how one of them got a 70 euro fine that day, for forgetting to check in their day ticket (what the hell NS???). We ridiculed this conductor by comparing her to Marjolein Faber (a far right politician) and it was very funny. We then made the daily train puzzle together, which was unreasonably hard. Overall, it was not a awkward conversation, which is a huge win for me!!!
